2020-2021 marks Dr. Judy Moore's twenty-fourth year in education. In July 2019, she relocated to the Tampa area from Charlotte, NC where she worked as an educator for twenty-one of those years. She holds a bachelor's degree from North Carolina State University in history education. She began her career in Raleigh, NC as a high school history teacher and coach. She and her husband relocated to the Charlotte area in 1998 and she continued to teach and coach at the high school level.
Not long after, Dr. Moore was tapped for the prestigious North Carolina Principal Fellows program and attended The University of North Carolina at Charlotte to complete her Master's in School Administration. She served as a high school assistant principal, middle school principal, high school principal, and alternative school principal in the years that followed. In 2013, she earned her Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.
